A Stage 1 remap re-calibrates your ECU to improve power, torque and throttle response using the standard hardware already on your car. Every map we write is developed on the vehicle, data-logged and road-tested, and kept within safe limits for your engine and gearbox.
Yes — we collect and deliver across Essex and the surrounding counties. If you can't get the car to us, send your reg and postcode on WhatsApp and we'll arrange to pick it up, do the work, and bring it back.
A remap is a modification, so you should always declare it to your insurer. On manufacturer warranties it can vary by brand and age of vehicle — we'll give you honest, straightforward advice for your specific car before any work is booked in.
Yes. For diesels in particular, an economy-focused map can improve low-end torque so the engine works less for the same journey, which many owners find improves real-world fuel economy — especially for towing and motorway driving.
We diagnose and repair DPF and AdBlue (SCR) faults properly, including cleaning, sensor issues and limp-mode problems, to get your car running correctly and emissions-legal again. We do not carry out illegal emissions-equipment removal on road-going vehicles.
