Who we are
Orion Performance is an independent vehicle remapping, servicing and performance business based in Elsenham, Essex. For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact info@orion-performance.co.uk or 07999 049780.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and your message. This is sent to us by email and also stored securely on the website server as a backup, so your enquiry can't be lost. We use it for one thing: responding to you about your enquiry and any work that follows from it.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram instead, we receive whatever you choose to send through those services, which have their own privacy policies (WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by Meta).
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- The gains calculator runs entirely in your browser — your searches aren't recorded.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A single, temporary session cookie is used only for site administrators to log in to the content admin — normal visitors are never issued one.
How long we keep things
We keep enquiry details for as long as they're useful for handling your enquiry, your booking and reasonable follow-up, after which they can be deleted on request.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@orion-performance.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
